Biosolids management is becoming a strategic cost and resilience issue for utilities as disposal pathways tighten and costs continue to rise, with U.S. municipal biosolids management spending projected to grow from about $2.5 billion in 2025 to more than $4.8 billion annually by 2035. We help utilities evaluate technology options, quantify lifecycle economics, and structure implementation strategies that reduce risk while improving financial outcomes. Water loss is a material financial issue, with U.S. utilities losing nearly 19.5% of treated drinking water before it reaches customers, representing more than $6.4 billion in uncaptured annual revenue. We help utilities target both real losses, such as leaks and bursts, and apparent losses, such as metering inaccuracies and billing errors.  We accomplish this through disciplined assessment and prioritized remediation strategies.
