Beverly Hills Case Study

GRP|WEGMAN analyzed the City Hall facility to determine measures that would improve the facility. The options selected by the City will upgrade and modernize the building, increase leasable square footage, reduce the energy and operational costs, and improve the comfort and safety of the building.

ALTAMONT CUSD #10

This project was a complete renovation of the grade school. GRP|WEGMAN replaced old, inefficient leaking windows with new windows. An electrical upgrade was performed along with new control valves, new HVAC upgrade, new lighting and ceilings. Air conditioning was installed throughout entirety of building. A new restroom addition occurred along with renovation of existing restrooms. Installation of new playground and drainage system around the entire school. The second phase included a new elementary playground and 20-year HLS work at High School.

STAUNTON CUSD #6

This project was comprised of a replacement of roofing, tuck-pointing, new windows, controls design, exterior doors, new HVAC system and controls system throughout sections of the building. This project began in January 2017 and was completed in the fall of 2017.

DIXON PUBLIC SCHOOLS #170

This was a 2 Phase project comprised of replacing windows in entire building (Reagan Middle School). New RTU’s with heat recovery were installed for cafeteria, band and chorus areas. Lighting systems were upgraded to state of the art efficiency and included motion detection.

The scope of Phase 2 included replacement of all the original HVAC units with new high efficient systems. A new control system was installed to control the entire building. A restroom renovation in both boys’ and girls’ restrooms was completed with new flooring, ceiling, exhaust, fixtures and partitions.
